| On one of our Maury Jacobs Park evenings we welcomed college friends of Diana and Chris and their son - Great weather, and catching up time. Then on a Thursday outing we took a trip to the Leaburg Fish Hatchery with Casey and Teiya - They checked out the pools with young trout, and obtained food to feed the fish, which was a treat. The hatchery is along a river with a dam that creats a smallish lake., where Casey and Teiya spent a long time wading in the shallow waters, throwing rocks and poking around with sticks and thoroughly enjoying water play... |
The northern branch of the family in the persons of Jennifer and Paul with sons Luke and Matthew visited from Seattle - We spent some time at a park near Tori and Paul's where we played hitting flies and climbing the backstop fence. And on another Thursday outing we all stayed home at Granny and Jiichan's and the grandchildren played in the sprinkler on the front lawn - The weather was really warm, and the spray refreshing and cool...
