| Because Diana and Chris, and Venice and Xander, had been gone from California and in Eugene from the beginning of April, and Tori and Paul, and Casey and Teiya, had likewise been there from early May, we had sorely missed seeing everyone on a weekly basis as had been our fare since Casey was born - so, in a desperate need for a grandchildren "fix" we planned and executed a quick flight to Eugene over the Memorial Day weekend to see the grandchildren - yeah, and the kids, too... |
The weekend was spent in visits with family, usually at a local park, of which Eugene seems to have a bundle - We also went around with an agent to check out some neighborhoods and see a couple of houses, which satisfied us that we would eventually find something in our price range that would suit us just fine...
