| Casey began the month with the loss of a front tooth, and proudly displayed the gap it made. Our extended family continued to spend more time at Maurie Jacobs Park, enjoying the late afternoon ambience and weather while it lasted. Then continued play at Skinner Butte Park, one of the favorites - Casey's best friend, Max, came along for play time and everyone got along famously. There were a couple of fine weather days this month with a rainbow amidst dark skies, and a fantastic sunrise... |
We celebrated Granny's August birthday a month late, and Diana made one of her creative cakes for the occasion: read the chapter headings of Granny's life. Then yet another play production at Granny and Jiichan's performed by the grand children. And we ended the month with activity time at Potter's Quarter, a treat at Cold Mountain ice creamery, and active play time in the courtyard behind both stores...
