| There is one Granny/Jiichan outing that the kids love - Well, they love going to parks and Chuck-e-Cheese, but this is for another reason: sugar-high. We went to Fred Meyers once after having gone to a park somewhere and got some Jelly Bellys, and that was such a hit they've asked repeatedly to go again - Did I say repeatedly? Duh...! So we made another trek this month to purchase some mean sugar-highs... |
We gathered one day at Diana and Chris' home with friends Natasha and Mike and Jan and Ed to enjoy a meal and some adult conversation, while the kids played by themselves. Good food, good company, good times - for the kids, too. Then on two Granny/Jiichan outings we trekked to Emerald Lanes for some bowling, and to Skinner Butte Park for some climbing and running time for the grandkids... |
