| This month we had a visit from Nancy and Rod Smith, dear friends from our California days - they were on their way home after visiting with family in Portland following the death of an uncle. Our kids knew them growing up, so we had dinner with the whole extended family to catch up and share how things are going here and to hear about their kids - Diana baked a couple of cakes for the occasion... |
Granny and Jiichan on various Wednesday outings took the kids to Chuck-E-Cheese, to McDonalds for a treat and play time on their play structure, to Skinner Butte Park, a favorite, and to Sheldon Community Center Library for a magic show. At the end of the month we colored Easter eggs in anticipation of next month...
