I had this idea of pulling together some of the photos of my grandchildren that I've taken from the backside - they're candid shots, mostly of four year old Casey, but some of Venice, also four years of age. Also, there is one of Lex, nextdoor neighbor of Venice, kneeling at the curb playing with water runoff from the backyard....You aren't able to see any of their faces for the most part, and still it makes for a most charming moment captured...

The primary quality of the shot is that the wee one isn't aware I am taking the photo - they are relaxed and acting natural - rather, they're not acting, just being a child - how enchanting that is...
