| Xander and Venice spent an afternoon with Granny and Jiichan while parents ran a number of errands, and we went shopping at Party City. A store with everything you would ever need for any kind of party near Market-of-Choice, we purchased decorations and favors for Halloween. Late in the month the entire Nagai-Beyer-Bailey families went to Thistledown Farms to hunt for pumpkins - while the fields were somewhat picked over, everyone found enough pumpkins to everyone's satisfaction. Then out for Trick-or-Treat, where Xander went as a Golfer, complete with knee socks, Venice went as a Fairy-Mermaid, Casey as Luke Skywalker, and Teiya as a Walking Turtle... |
