| This was a warm month, so we spent a lot of ime out of doors at many of the parks in Eugene. Some times we made it to an indoor play room, with gym equipment and climbing structures. Xander got some new skates, with all the protective gear to keep him safe as he mastered those wheels. We also made it to the Lane County fair, and checked out the food, cotton candy, some rides, and the live stock exhibit - some of the animals and poultry made way too much noise for some of the cousins... |
Towards the end of the month, we all gathered to celebrate Granny's 68th birthday - the kids, and the kid in every one of the adults, had a ball with Granny opening cards from everyone and eating cake and ice cream...
Xander loves climbing structures, and does well with them - and the four cousins spend some quality time together in the sand box area, a wonder and a blessing of living so close to each other... |
