There were only a few visits early on in the month - then we all got together with the Merry Makers families for the holidays that has been the tradition for some 40+ years, give or take. Xander made himself comfortable in the midst quite nicely, and had a time of the evening - Teiya it seemed latched onto him at one point and followed him around like a little sister...

a Christmas Eve with present openings for the children, and a late-night walk along the street of lights - a street full of homes decorated with a wonderland of lights - nearby... Then Granny and Jiichan made the trek up to Rocklin on Christmas day and spent time with Venice and Xander, and parents. There was more present openings, and as the weather stayed mild and the rains held up, we took some toys out into the courtyard and played outdoors for a spell...
