| Teiya and Xander came over the Thursday before Easter to color eggs - this was their regular day with Granny, except this day they colored eggs as their activity. This was pretty exciting for them, and they threw themselves into it with gusto. They had to have protective shirts over their good clothes, but they were fine with that. The eggs came out brilliant and colorful, and Teiya and Xander were quite pleased... |
On Sunday the four grandchildren anticipated the hunt in Granny and Jiichan's back yard - they loved every minute of it, and in the end there were only two eggs that hadn't been found. Oh well - that leaves something for them to look for between now and next Easter when they visit the back yard...
We stayed and chatted around dinner, while the grandchildren ate at the kitchen table... |
