| This was a month rich in visits to Casey's favorite sites - Always the Lawrence Hall of Science, where he climbed on the whale, Fiona, built the mountain chain with Mt. Everest, worked with two women employes of LHS who loved that he was so cute and smart, and his return visit to the Chabot Science and Space Museum, there to "explore" the moon exhibit and have his video taken walking on the moon with astronauts. We returned also to Jack London Square, there to check out the Embarcadero and an exhibit of tall ships, this one being somewhat shorter than expected, a visit to the playground near Granny and Jiichan's home to climb on the new structures - Casey wanted to jump from the top of the concrete wall, about 5 feet up, but Granny convinced him it was too high - not convinced, he did accept Granny's wisdom, and jumped from a lower level. We also made it to Venice's fifth birthday party and a butterfly cake... |
